This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information that we or our service providers collect via the website or application (the "Services") operated and controlled by us, from which you access this Privacy Policy. By providing personal information to us or by using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

2. Use by minors

The Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 16, and we request that such persons do not provide any personal information via the Services. If your child has submitted personal information and you would like to request its deletion, please contact us as explained below in the "Contact Us" section.

 

3. Information gathering

We may ask you to submit personal information in order to benefit from certain features (such as newsletter subscriptions, advice/suggestions or order processing) or to participate in a particular activity (such as prize draws, games, voucher collections or other promotions). You will be informed which information is required and which is optional.

Via your browser: certain information is collected by most browsers, such as your MAC (Media Access Control) address, the type of computer (Windows or Mac), the screen resolution, the name and version of the operating system and the type and version of the Internet browser. IP address: your IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. An IP address is identified and automatically recorded in our server log files each time a user visits the Services, along with the time of the visit and the pages visited. Collecting IP addresses is common practice and is done automatically by many online services. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels of the Services, diagnosing server problems and administering the Services. We can also deduce your approximate location from your IP address.

7. Choice and access

Your choices concerning our use and disclosure of your personal information

We offer you choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from :

Receiving marketing communications from us: If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe by contacting us via the contact form. In your request, please provide your name, identify the type(s) of marketing communications you no longer wish to receive, and include the address(es) to which they are sent. For example, if you no longer wish to receive marketing emails or postal mail from us, please let us know and provide your name and email or postal address.

 

Receive reminders from us (exceptional situations): If you no longer wish to receive medical reminders from us, you can unsubscribe by contacting us via the contact form. In your request, please provide your name and the e-mail address or telephone number at which you receive reminders from us.

Sharing your personal information with affiliates and third-party partners: If you have previously agreed to receive marketing communications from our affiliates or third-party partners, you may opt-out of our sharing of your personal information with these parties for direct marketing purposes by contacting us via the contact form. In your communication, please indicate that we should no longer share your personal information with our affiliates and/or third-party partners for marketing purposes, and include your name and e-mail address.

 

We will endeavour to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that if you opt-out as described above, we will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of our affiliates with whom we have already shared your information (i.e., as of the date of implementation of your opt-out request). However, we will use reasonable efforts to inform our affiliates of your request. Please also note that if you unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages from us, we may still send you important transactional and administrative messages, which you cannot unsubscribe from.

 

8. How you can access, modify or delete your personal information

If you wish to access, correct, update, restrict or delete your personal information, or if you wish to request an electronic copy of your personal information for transmission to another company (to the extent that you are entitled to do so under applicable law), please contact us using the contact form. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible and no later than one month after receipt. If circumstances cause a delay in our response, you will be promptly informed and given a date.

9. Cross-border transfer

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country in the world where we have facilities or service providers, and by using our services or by providing us with your consent (where required by law), your information may be transferred to any country in the world outside your country of residence. Retention period
